Presentación de VELS

El lunes pasado fue la presentación oficial de la novela de Marcelo di Marco, Victoria entre las Sombras. Todo salió muy lindo y Marcelo estaba feliz. La convocatoria fue un éxito y sirvió tambien para ver a la gente del Taller que hace rato que no veia (aún no lo retomo).

Last Monday was the official presentation of the novel Victoria entre las Sombras by Marcelo di Marco. He's my Creative writing workshop coordinator. Everything was perfect and Marcelo was so happy. It was also a great opportunity to see the people from the Workshop, since I haven't started it yet again.

Primavera!!!

La Primavera ya está acá, y aunque aún pueden quedar un par de días más o menos frios ya es otra cosa. Los árboles están brotando, mis alergias resurgiendo :) El domingo fuimos con Santi y Maria Elena al parque a tomar mate y comer facturas. Acá algunas fotos de la tarde en muy buena compania :D

Finally Spring is here, there is more green around, my allergies are acting up... We might have a few more cold days, but in the meantime we must take advantage of the good ones. Last Saturday I went with Santiago and Maria Elena and have a sort of picnic in the park. We just got together with "mate" and pastries. Here a few pics of a nice afternoon in the park with good friends.

Cumple de Mariela en Rodriguez :)

Hoy sábado nos juntamos para festejar el cumpleaños de Mariela. Nos juntamos en Gral. Rodriguez, en la casa de la mamá de Facundo. El viaje esta piola aunque se complica por no tener auto, pero siempre encontramos algun buen samaritano que nos lleva :) Como sea, el viaje vale la pena para encontrar gente linda y un verde que se disfruta. Siempre es un placer visitar a los chicos.

Today it was Mariela's Bday celebration. We got together at Facundo's mom house in Gral. Rodriguez. The trip is straight forward if you have a car, lucky for me there is always someone nice to give me a ride :). Anyways the trip is more than worth it, I get to be with people I enjoy being with and as a bonus I can see some nice green. I always have a great time there!

Primavera asomando...

Se viene la primavera y a mi una vez más me aburre mi pelo, asi que voy a ver a Ivan hasta Caballito para que haga milagros :) Es un capo. Asi que acá de nuevo con nuevo corte. Buenos Aires esta reverdeciendo y aunque casi siempre llueve al menos un dia los findes siempre se puede salir a caminar y disfrutar los dias que de a poco se hacen más largos.
Hay que aprovechar ahora antes que llegue el veranos y empecemos a cocinarnos al vapor en el sauna porteño :P

Spring is closer and once again my haircut bored me so I went to see Ivan and let him work his magic :) I love how he gets what I want. So here is my new haircut. Buenos Aires is getting greener and although it seems that every weekend rains there is always time to go out and enjoy the warmer and longer days.
I love this time of the year (Fall also). I better take advantage of it before the weather gets got and humid and I get cooked on my way to work everyday :P
